TROUGH was established in 2016. We specialise in pulled meats, 14 hour, slow cooked pulled meats to be precise. All our meat is sourced locally, marinated in our homemade sauces and tenderly pulled after bubbling away over night. 

 

We've catered for festivals, horse trials and student union nights. We've traveled the length and breadth of the country (from Lands End to John O'Groats), pitching up on beaches, in fields and parks to ensure that as many people as possible get to try our pulled meats. We even won an award for best catering stand at the Festival of British Eventing along the way!
